Weight loss secrets revealed!



As a fitness and weight loss expert there is one question that I’m asked more than any other…

“So, what do I need to do to lose weight?”

Oftentimes when I’m asked this, the person asking is usually waiting to hear the “magic” answer…

But how do I answer such a loaded question, especially when the person asking is standing there waiting for the “secret magic pill” that will enable them to burn fat in their sleep.

Well unfortunately the magic pill does not exist, but there are a few “secrets” that I can divulge…

If you are looking to lose weight, burn fat an get into great shape then here are the “secrets” that will help you achieve your fitness and fat-loss goals.


These are my four secrets to achieving and maintaining a healthy, fit body –


1. Nutrition

This is the most important thing in any successful weight loss and fitness program, but it is the one thing many people struggle with. What you must remember is that you cannot out-train a bad diet, poor nutrition choices will always catch up with you. So, if you want to be successful at weight loss then clean up your nutrition today.


2. Cardiovascular Exercise

Cardiovascular exercise has many benefits…weight-loss, Increased fitness, disease prevention, improved sleep, even better sex!!! Cardiovascular exercise does not have to be uncomfortable, even a steady walk will help if done regularly.


3. Resistance Exercise

Resistance training is not all about big muscles, what it does do is help you to build a functionally strong body that will burn fat more efficiently. With a regular resistance training program, you will build strength, increase metabolic rate, burn fat faster, reduce risk of injuries, increase energy, and feel better.


4. Consistency

The number one reason many people fail in achieving their weight loss & fitness goals is because they fail to make fitness part of their lifestyle. The occasional workout and/or healthy meal is not going to get you the results you want, you need to be consistent and work at it every day.


There you have it, the “secrets” to losing weight and getting into great shape. Though as you have probably realised, they aren’t actually secrets.
