Terms & Conditions

By attending a Brighton Bootcamp class, all participants agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 

General

 

  • You must complete a health questionnaire before working out. If you have any serious health issues you will need written permission from your GP.

  • If your health changes at any time during your membership you must inform Brighton Bootcamp of the details, in writing.

  • If this is your first class you must arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts so that the instructor can check your health questionnaire and you can sign it.

  • Classes are not able to be carried over beyond your finish date.

  • Once your course/membership has started no refunds will be given.

  • Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.

  • Brighton Bootcamp may occasionally take photographs/video footage for marketing purposes.

  • Brighton Bootcamp reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. We will publish these dates on our website and make every effort to offer you alternatives.

  • Only clean shoes are allowed in the studio.

  • The use of sweat towels is obligatory. Towels are available.

  • You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class, as your place may be sold on.

  • Clients with any pre-paid packages may book classes up to one week in advance, via our GloFox booking system.

  • A full 24 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend a pre-booked class.

  • For clients on our Unlimited packages, failure to attend a pre-booked class without sufficient notice of cancellation may result in a £5 charge.

  • Unattended classes cannot be rescheduled.

  • Classes may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before their start time using the online booking system.

  • Classes may be cancelled within the 24 hour period prior to the class, but the session may be forfeit (10/20 session package) or you may be charged £5 (all other Bootcamp packages) or full fee (Personal Training packages).

  • Clients may not train without pre-booking.

 

 

Membership Packages



The 6-Week Bootcamp Kick Start
 

  • You have signed up for a 6-week indoor Bootcamp Kick Start - 18 Bootcamp classes to be taken over the specified 6-week period.

  • Your first set of measurements will be taken before you start, with the final set being taken after your final class.

  • You will be given a password to Brighton Bootcamp’s online booking system where you will be able to book your Bootcamp classes up to 7 days in advance.

  • A booking is a commitment to attend – if you do not turn up for a booked session, or cancel it within 24 hours, you will lose that class.


Unlimited (1 Year - Full Payment in Advance) 
 

  • You have signed up for unlimited classes for a calendar year. All Bootcamp classes on the timetable are included.

  • On request, your classes may be pre-booked permanently for the same days and times each week over the course of the year.

  • Additional classes may be booked using MindBody.

  • If you book a class and fail to attend, or cancel with insufficient notice you may be charged £5.


Unlimited (Monthly Debit)
 

  • You have signed up for unlimited classes. All classes on the timetable are included.

  • The sign-up period is for a minimum of three months.

  • Monthly payment will be taken by card debit, using details provided by you.

  • If you wish to cancel your agreement you will need to give one month’s notice in writing. An email is sufficient, but you must ensure that your notice is confirmed by Brighton Bootcamp.

  • The notice period starts from the day after your next payment.

  • If you book a class and fail to attend, or cancel with insufficient notice you may be charged £5.

 
Personal Training
 

  • Personal Training (PT) is strictly by appointment only

  • On request, your PT sessions may be pre-booked for the same days and times each week over the course of your package.

  • All PT session must be paid in full in advance of session.

  • You will attend a consultation before the package commences, where we will discuss your goals and take measurements and photos.

  • You will complete a health questionnaire before the consultation.

  • You will receive a personalised workout, taking into consideration any injuries/medical needs you have declared.

  • Your personalised workout will be reviewed on a regular basis.

  • You can book your monthly workout review with the instructor or the office.

  • If you cancel a PT space within 24 hours, you may lose your session.

  • If you do not attend a booked PT space you will lose your session.

  • On request, classes may be pre-booked permanently for the same days and times each week.


 


10/20 Bootcamp Session Package
 

  • You have signed up for 10 / 20 /30Bootcamp classes.

  • At Brighton Bootcamp’s discretion, classes may not be shared with another person.

  • Your package will expire 10 / 20 / 30 weeks after you attend your first class.

  • If you book a class and cancel with less than 6 hours’ notice or fail to attend the class, the session will still be taken off your package and will not be available for re-booking.
