Bootcamp - This is a training session designed to help our clients lose weight, burn fat, and get into great shape fast. They are a mixture of HIIT, Circuit Training, Boxing, Kettlebells, and other exercises. Session design varies from class to class.

Outdoor Bootcamp - Outdoor Bootcamp sessions are held on Hove Lawns. The sessions vary from week to week being a mixture of HIIT, circuit, running, Boxing and other Bootcamp style exercises.

Personal Training (PT) - One to one specialised programmes tailored exactly to your specific goals and needs,

Brighton Bootcamp was created because I believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, provide an exercise program that fits your needs and guides you through every exercise, every workout. My approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

To me getting in shape shouldn’t be a chore, it’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that everyone should make. I believe in making fitness fun and challenging; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training philosophy by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my clients.
