I’m often being asked what is Bootcamp and what it entails, so here is my description…
Bootcamp sessions are varied by the coach, so that you’ll experience a high intensity combo of moves exercises and drills that will help to keep you at your ﬁttest.
It is an explosive and creative workout that is designed to help you increase your power, strength, agility, and stamina while also improving your coordination and reflexes. We will combine friendly competition with diverse workout methods which will push you further than you ever thought you could go.
You can expect an innovative class every time where you will never be bored. At times, you may work as part of a team, with partners or just solo.
You will get to know your fellow Bootcampers, and even make some great friends along the way. Bootcamp is a community of likeminded individuals who are searching for peak physical fitness.
To participate in a Bootcamp class requires that you keep an open mind to challenge different aspects of your fitness. You can always count on your instructor to use a variety of tools and pull from multiple disciplines to deliver the most effective and safe workout for you.
Bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and every effort is always made to adapt exercises where needed, but please be warned that Bootcamp may not be suitable for anyone with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or those who may be recovering from serious muscle or joint injury.
