Brighton Bootcamp was created to help you get into great shape fast. With our no-nonsense approach to fitness you can expect to lose up to 10kgs and 5% body-fat in just 6-weeks. We offer the choice of either Bootcamp classes on Hove Lawns (these run whatever the weather) or if you need a bit more personal attention then we also offer

1-2-1 Personal Training at our private studio in Hangleton.

Outdoor Bootcamp training sessions on Hove Lawns are group exercise classes that include any combination of Boxing, Kettlebells, TRX, Body-Weight and other cardio & resistance exercises to help you burn fat, boost fitness and get into great shape.

You will be working with a highly experienced Personal Trainer who will design your training around your needs, goals and abilities. Each client will undergo a full assessment and to ensure that the correct program is delivered to maximise results.
