Brighton Bootcamp ~ Go to War on Fat Brighton Personal Fitness Training and Weight Loss - Spinning and Bootcamp Classes

Testimonials

I joined Brighton Bootcamp just over 8 months ago and am now lighter, fitter, healthier and happier than I have been in years. What's more, with Paul, Rick and Diana's first-rate guidance and encouragement, I know that I'll keep improving and reaching my goals.
Classes are mentally and physically tough but Paul and Rick are (relentlessly!) supportive - making sure that we're continually challenging ourselves while also focusing on technique. The workouts are intense but they're made fun and are always full of great people.
So, what started as a 6-week course has developed into a really important part of my life and I honestly can't recommend Brighton Bootcamp enough!

Last September I was faced with the prospect of an empty house with both children off to university, I was determined that rather than sit at home and feel sorry for myself I would seize this opportunity to do something for myself. I bought a bike and set myself the challenge of completing a 35 mile Cyclosportive the following March - given that I hadn't sat on a bike for over 30 years this was not going to be easy! By the end of January I had barely been out on the bike and at best could only cycle a few miles on the flat seafront cycle path. I knew I had to do something if I was ever going to succeed. I decided to go along to a trial Spinning session at Brighton Bootcamp, I was very nervous having never done anything like this before and really didn't know what to expect. I came away feeling that I was in the hands of people that knew exactly what they were doing and not in the slightest bit inadequate.

Two months later I achieved my goal. It was one of the hardest things I had ever done, quite literally 35 miles of hills. There is no way I would have done this without Brighton Bootcamp, not only had my fitness improved considerably but now I had belief in myself. The Tuesday and Thursday 'interval' and 'strength' classes had certainly paid off. Paul, Rick and Diana really do care and want everyone to achieve their goals. They push you all the way to get the best out of you with words of encouragement and they'll let you know if they think you're slacking too. I come away from every session on a huge high knowing I have worked as hard as I can. They have given me the confidence and motivation to set new goals, a Super Sprint Triathlon in August and the Brighton Marathon next year. I genuinely look forward to my spinning classes and hope to start Bootcamp in the near future as I know this will help with my marathon training.

My friends are envious of my new found confidence and focus which is a huge compliment not to me but to Paul, Rick and Diana. I cannot believe that you can get better support anywhere else.

I joined Brighton Bootcamp in January 2010 and I've been going three times a week ever since. I find the classes tough but the group sessions are much more motivating than going to the gym alone. I've lost weight and feel a lot fitter - haven't quite got a six-pack yet but heading in the right direction.

I have come a long way since my very first Bootcamp ( I remember it so well) when I couldn't jog round the lawn without stopping to catch my breath, stepping the star jumps because I couldn't jump them and press-ups ,well they were impossible!! I don't think we Bootcampers realise how patient you are with us. If it wasn't for your amazing motivational skills and awesome inspiration we just couldn't do it. Even though we might moan and groan during a work out we know it makes a difference. That’s why we keep coming back! It is so good at my age (53 tomorrow !) to feel so fit , healthy and have a nearly flat tummy!! When I first started bootcamp I just wanted to up my metabolism and lose a few pounds. Now it means so much more. There's always something more to achieve. Bootcamp has changed my life. I know lots of people feel that and I never want to go back to where I was.

See you on the lawns this evening for the next challenge!

I've just completed six weeks of boot camp personal training with instructors Paul and Rick and cannot remember feeling this healthy before in my life. My goal for the course was to lose a feeling of lethargy which has been with me for some time. I now feel that I have energy all the time. I am also sleeping well. I find it hard to imagine how I felt before doing the course.

My body fat has dropped from 23% to 17% and my weight from 79 kg to 75 kg. That's about six kg (one stone) of fat off, and two kg of muscle on.

The training sessions alternate between cardio and resistance (weights) based. The sessions are always varied which prevents the dreaded work out monotony, and also provides a benefit as it avoids the body becoming conditioned to a particular work out.

The training is not based around ongoing statistics of repetitions, weights and times. You are pushed hard by Paul and Rick but more importantly orientated towards a mind set where you consistently push yourself as hard as you possibly can. There is no taking it easy at any time, which is possible in lots of other work outs, although as I have come to realise only at the expense of fooling yourself.

There is a lot of focus from Paul and Rick on exercise technique. Sadly the body (well, mine, anyway) naturally cheats and uses stronger muscles to compensate weaker muscles where it can. I've now been trained to do the exercises properly which gives the benefit where intended.

During the classes (usually while I'm warming up) Paul and Rick talk about the mechanics of exercise, what does what, how muscle builds and how fat burns, which really helps with appreciating the benefit of an exercise. I no longer look at a set of weights and think that's going to be tough, rather, ah, that's going to have this benefit, which motivates me to do it.

Paul and Rick also give a lot of advice on what to do between classes, on when to recover or do extra exercise, and on diet. The word diet here is about food to eat to give the body fuel to build muscle, aid recovery, and avoid build up of fat, and not a miracle scheme. It's fair to say my diet will probably have changed for life.

If you want to feel healthy, get fit and lose fat I cannot recommend it highly enough.

In January 2009 I decided I had let my self over indulge for far too long and knew that after Christmas I would probably start yet another new years resolution to lose weight and probably give up the diet by mid Jan. So to take matters seriously this time I checked out Brighton Bootcamp online and read some of the amazing testimonials which were so inspiring.

I signed up to a 6 week intensive course getting up at 6 am!! I was so nervous when it came to doing it, however having met Paul and his passion for fitness (never known anything quite like it!!!) I knew that I was in capable hands and I figured as long as I stayed as close as possible to the Bootcamp diet and turn up to my 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks it was worth seeing what results I could achieve because I had been so unsuccessful shifting weight on my own.

6 weeks later I lost 15 pounds and started to feel like myself again! I dropped a dress size and shopping for clothes didn't seem like a chore anymore. Don't get me wrong, the 6 weeks were tough - it was a complete shock to the system and lots of people waiting to sabotage my fitness plan but I focused on the finish line and with Paul always pushing me to my reach my individual limit I felt someone else cared and didn't want to let them down either and I was so happy with what I achieved. I then tried going back to the gym and exercise classes to maintain but felt like nothing was quite like Bootcamp. One - because of the intensive and challenging work outs, two - because of the results I got, three - the lovely people I met through Bootcamp including being looked after by Paul, Rick and Diana. I could not keep away and I kept it up through outdoor classes and a few more intensive courses to reach my long term goal to losing 2 stone which I achieved by the end of 2009.

I cannot recommend Brighton Bootcamp enough to people I meet as it has truly changed my life. I feel like I have met a new family and found the most amazing way to lose weight and stay in shape. Thank you Paul, Rick and Diana for the giving me back my confidence and making Bootcamp such a brilliant thing to be a part of. I can assure anyone reading this that as long as you are committed to your goals this is value for money if you are looking to lose weight, get a better/toned body, improve your fitness, increase your confidence and meet some lovely new friends.

I’m coming up to my one year anniversary of Brighton Bootcamp and I absolutely love it. This is the first time in 10 years that I have looked toned and felt so fit. I initially joined as I wanted to lose a bit of weight before my wedding. But I got so much more than weight loss and toned arms. Paul’s nutrition advice from the onset was spot on and really forced me to re-examine how I ate and why I ate certain comfort foods. I thought I ate reasonably healthy before joining Bootcamp, but actively restocking my kitchen with brown rice, pulses and plenty of chicken and fresh locally caught fish was the best thing that I’ve done for myself and for my husband and friends, who now also benefit from my healthier lifestyle cooking!

Through the 6am classes I have made a great group of friends and the Bootcamp Babes (as we call ourselves) have socialised outside of class and run together in Brighton’s half marathon. I took a few weeks of for my honeymoon and for holidays and was convinced (whilst drinking Gin and Tonics on the beach) that I would not be going back to the 6am regime 3 times a week, but after each holiday I have returned with a vengeance. It’s hard work but it’s fun, Paul and Rick are great motivators and give praise when you really need it (such as trying to do 20 reps of 8kg dumb bell lifts on each arm!). The camaraderie in class is great, people really support each other and now that spinning has been added to the repertoire, there are even more options available. I try to attend a spin class once a week as it’s to different to Bootcamp and is really enjoyable. I even convinced my husband to give it a go (he doesn’t have to work as hard as me to tone up as he’s pretty fit) and he totally loved it! If you are prepared to put the work in, come along and join us. You’ll never go to a conventional gym again…..!

I thought i had a decent level of fitness until I joined Brighton Bootcamp. Not only has it helped with improving my overall fitness but also my technique. I couldn't even do a squat or the dreaded burpee in my first class but now they are like second nature to me! It just shows that going to the gym may make you feel like you’re being active and doing the right exercise - but actually its the total opposite. Bootcamp has been a constant test for me mentally and physically, but having Paul and Rick filling me with confidence during all those fleeting moments when I think my body can do no more, has completely changed me - I'm fitter, healthier and more confident about myself! Thanks Bootcamp!

I had been attending and loving bootcamp for about 5 months before I found out I was pregnant and even though I really didn't want to stop I was quite nervous to continue, but Paul and Rick have made me feel completely comfortable, they have given me great advice and shown me how to adapt certain exercises. I have never felt out of my comfort zone. Using the heart rate monitors has been a great addition to bootcamp for me, to ensure I'm not overdoing it, although I do actually miss being able to work really hard in the classes! Bootcamp is a great cure for morning sickness too, I always feel better after a class. When we had our 12 week scan our baby was jumping and lifting its arms up and down so we like to think s/he was having its own little baby bootcamp session in there! Pregnant or not, Brighton Bootcamp runs fantastic classes and I would advise anyone looking to get or stay fit to give it a go. I haven't enjoyed exercising so much for years.

I joined a 6-week Bootcamp course in July last year during a long hospital night shift. It was a snap decision to get fit and I did panic the next day when I woke up. I am the sort of person who has joined gyms in the past to meet friends for lunch or to sit on a bike and watch the TV. I was really nervous about starting the course but once it started I loved it and really felt like I had achieved so much every session. Paul and Rick motivate you to work hard and keep going which is great. During the 6-week course I discovered I had an under active thyroid and was put on Thyroxin. I read a lot about what to eat and what to do to ensure you function at your best, and it was all that Paul at Bootcamp had been teaching us about eating the right foods and exercise. I found it is possible to lose weight, feel fantastic and forget about my thyroid. Although my weight comes off slowly it is very steady and when measured, my numbers are always something I am proud of with good losses on both body fat and inches. Then in August I started fostering 2 brilliant little girls, so life became really hectic, but I not only had enough energy to chase them around, I was able to buy a block of 'drop in' sessions and fit in exercising around the girls. Getting up at 5.30am to exercise and be back before they wake up is brilliant, and I have also made some fantastic friends (other mad early risers). I now feel like I'm in great shape and am training hard for the Brighton Marathon, something I would have never been able to do this time last year, all thanks to the bootcamp and spinning sessions. I will also hopefully fit into a size 10 wedding dress for my wedding this August, as I want to look back on my photos and think that I did everything I possibly could to achieve my goals. Thank you to Paul, Rick and Diana for your support and encouragement. I'm here to stay!

I started Brighton Bootcamp in Dec 2009, determined to do something about my fitness and well being. I have been a member of a gym for over 10 years, but have never motivated myself enough to achieve the results I was looking for. I knew that I needed help to kick-start my lifestyle change.

And I can honestly say that it has changed my life! Sounds a bit corny, but the difference in my fitness, energy levels and general well being is immense. I enrolled for the 6-week course and the first few weeks were extremely tough, I haven’t felt sick exercising since I have been at school! But after each class the sense of achievement is enormous and I actually feel bad if I miss a class.

Each class is so varied, that you rarely do the same formation twice and Paul and Rick are so supportive, as are the other people who attend the classes, we share each other’s pain and relief.

I would recommend anyone to join Brighton Bootcamp, the effort you have to put in is 100% but the results you see and feel make it all worthwhile.

I joined Brighton Bootcamp spinning having tried a number of spinning classes in the area. It is by far the best, with excellent instructors and excellent support from the office. As you do more and more lessons you get more and more into it, and the instructors take time and care to make sure that you are training properly and to the level that you should be to get the best results. The lactic threshold test is awesome and will make sure that you "spin" properly rather than a simple static bike ride.

Nearly a year ago I broke my left leg in a skiing accident in Austria.  I swore to myself that I would make a complete recovery and get a fit as possible.  I don’t think I would have been able to recover as fast as I have, without Spinning.  With encouragement from my wife, Rick the Spinning instructor, and sheer mental resilience, I am making a fantastic recovery.

I was on crutches for 3 months and lost a lot of strength.  However, as soon as I was walking again, I was back exercising.  At first I started swimming, and then swapped to Spinning.  It felt so good to start Spinning again!

Since Spinning at Brighton Bootcamp, my fitness and strength has improved tremendously.  However, I still have some way to go.  The Suunto™ heart rate system is a great tool to measure fitness, and having recently performed a threshold test I now know just how hard to work to build strength and stamina.  I have become addicted to Spinning, and really enjoy it!  Without Spinning, I would have struggled with my recovery.

Spinning with Brighton Bootcamp makes Spinning tolerable, and more than that, it makes it fun. I have done the odd “Spin” class here and there at various gyms and left the place a depressed, exhausted and sweaty mess, never to be seen again. Brighton Bootcamp recognises that exercise should be enjoyable as well as challenging. Paul, Rick and Diana make a huge effort to provide a welcoming and supportive environment, and it is the only class I have ever been to where I look forward to going back the next week!

To all women out there looking to exercise whilst pregnant SPINNING IS GREAT! I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and during the initial 3 months I felt terrible with morning sickness (which occurred through out much of the day), but as soon as I jumped on the bike, the sickness would disappear! Brilliant! Whilst it's not recommended to begin any new form of exercise whilst pregnant, I'd highly recommend Spinning as a form of relieving the stresses and strains that life brings us and is a great way of keeping fit during the pregnancy, the baby feels the endorphins too!!!!

The new SUUNTO heart rate monitoring system that has been recently installed into the Bootcamp Spinning Studio has been invaluable to helping me sensibly exercise, but the secret is to just listen to your body...if you're tired take it easy, if you're feeling good you can go for it a little more during the class! The team have been incredibly supportive and welcoming and they have encouraged me during this special stage of my life.....come and join us!!!

I am currently in training for the Brighton marathon and several running magazines have highlighted the need to cross train. With this in mind I started Spinning to build up the strenght in my legs. The sessions at Brighton Bootcamp are perfect for this, as both Rick & Paul are always there with well thought out sessions and advice to help with Spinning and marathon training.

I know this makes me sound like an exercise obsessive and I hope I haven't alienated any beginners to exercise. In each session the trainers ensure the classes cater for all abilities and the heart rate monitor system ensures people work at the correct threshold for them.

I enjoy Spinning and will continue once I have completed the marathon on April the 18th.

It was Louisa, then my fiancee, who suggested attending a six-week Brighton Bootcamp indoor course to ensure we looked our best for our forthcoming wedding. In addition we both wanted to push ourselves more in an ordered way with some clear goals in mind. It's all too easy to simply 'go to the gym' rather than actually do anything useful there, then scoff a chocolate bar as a reward after going. Although in the first class it was a bit of a shock to the system and showed even though I had been attending some circuits classes how much more you could work, at the end of the six weeks I felt the fittest and best I ever have and lost 10% body fat, huge result! The class, although hard work, is enjoyable, achievable and the buzz during stretching at the end while you think about what you've achieved that session is brill. I also really enjoyed the 6am class with the friendly participants and encouragement all round (thanks guys & girls). The help with techniques during training is great and there is no place to hide in the good-sized room so plenty of motivation. The additional newsletters that are emailed are great too and the dietary advice is sensible, achievable and important too to get results. Finally at the end of the six weeks I also had the additional benefit of having an absolutely fit beautiful gorgeous looking bride walking down the aisle! For anyone thinking of attending, there is no excuse, this works, you will feel great and improve your life. Thanks Paul, Diana and Rick. Now to work towards a storming half marathon time...

I did the course in the six weeks before my wedding with the aim of feeling fabulous in my wedding dress and it worked a treat. I lost nearly a stone in weight and toned everything up. On the wedding day no-one was asking about the dress they all wanted to know where I got my shoulders and back from!

Bootcamp gives you the benefits of personal training for a fraction of the cost. The camaraderie within the group and the fact that every session was different meant that it was never difficult to drag myself out of bed to be there at 6am. I pushed myself harder than I would ever work on my own in the gym (because it's a small group it always gets noticed if you even think about slacking off) and I really enjoyed the mix of boxing, spinning and different circuits exercises. Never boring!

I would recommend Bootcamp to anyone.

I have just completed my first 6 week intensive training course. I was a bit apprehensive at first but I can honestly say that I have loved every session. This is exactly what I have been looking for and I wish I had known about Brighton Bootcamp sooner ! Everyone is really friendly. Rick is a great trainer, really enthusiastic and supportive. I will definitely be joining up again.

I started bootcamp about six months ago and was under the impression I was pretty fit and healthy. I came to the first class after hearing about it from friends who went and said it was a great work out. To be honest I came to the first session with a slight air of arrogance thinking "how hard can it be, a bit of running and circuit training on the lawns...will I really get much out of it?" Nothing could have been further from the truth. It was an amazing, intense work out and by about half way through I was wiped out and didn't think I could do any more. By the end I was so shocked by how much had been done, the variety of exercises and how much I got out of it. Paul is such a good motivator and is relentless in getting and keeping you going. Every class is varied, he is constantly shocking us with new and challenging combinations. I have found a new focus and approach to training and find this attitude great and have applied this in other areas of life. I am now fitter and feeling better than I ever have. It is a great class and love the fact that we train outside (come rain or shine).

In January 2009 I wrote a long list of New Year’s resolutions, most of which I had abandoned by February. Thanks to Brighton Bootcamp however, I can end 2009 happy that I have at least achieved and maintained one of the goals on the list - to lose weight and be the fittest I have ever been. I had always been disciplined when it came to exercise and had a good knowledge of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but my exercise regime had become monotonous and I had a tendency to yo-yo diet. I signed up for an intensive 6- week programme and saw results that I could not have achieved by myself. I've lost weight, toned up and pushed my fitness to a new level, but more importantly I have managed to maintain it by implementing the dietary principals that Paul teaches and by attending the evening and weekend sessions on Hove Lawns. Bootcamp attracts a friendly and diverse bunch of people and is now very much a part of my life! I can now leave this off of my list of NY resolutions for 2010 - I wonder if Paul and Diana could run a bootcamp in money management??

Katie F
November 2009

I joined Brighton Bootcamp in July of this year and attend Paul’s classes on Hove Lawns on average twice a week. I will be running the Brighton Marathon next April and, having run a few half marathons in the past, assumed I was reasonably fit. Thirty minutes into my first Bootcamp session and I realised I had been kidding myself. The classes are an enjoyable yet intense mix of running and circuit training, building stamina and working your arms, legs and abs in equal (and sometimes painful!) measures. The pain is well worth it however, and I am already noticing a difference and my Marathon training is reaping the benefits. Two Bootcamp sessions a week will leaving you feeling fitter and more energised compared to 5-6 workouts at the gym. So, if you are paying £40-£50 a month gym membership at the moment then stop and think for a moment whether this really is value for money, come and give Brighton Bootcamp a go, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Brighton Bootcamp - 1 hr of high intensity training – take a deep breath and go for it! I never got such a good work out, or burnt energy like that, in the gym. Paul’s classes are good for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities – you never feel uncomfortable that you can not do the exercises – Paul just motivates and pushes you outside your own comfort zone to make sure you exercise just a little bit harder. Training outside with a fab group of people is also a great motivator. And as for the rewards – well it is approaching that time for the Christmas party dress…….

I came back from Normandy on Tuesday evening and am due back at Bootcamp next Monday - I can’t believe how much I have missed it. I thought I would enjoy a 2 week break from the early starts and hard workouts but haven’t!!

I had a half day health assessment recently (head to toe in depth, with resting & active ECG’s, etc) & the report came through while I was away. Whilst I still have more weight to lose the results were fantastic on the fitness/health front, lung function was around 120% for my age bracket & for an asthmatic that is great.  I have seen a significant improvement in my asthma, I now do not even use my preventative each day!! Also my risk of a ‘Cardiovascular Event’ (Drs speak for heart attack) is only 3% over the next ten years, which they said is lower than normal for my age group!! I come from a history of strokes & heart attacks on both my Mum & Dad’s side of the family so to decrease the risk of this occurring to me was one of the biggest factors in deciding to do Bootcamp, (as well as losing weight!) so as you can see a 3% risk over the next 10 years is just a fantastic result.

So thank you for all the support & motivation, I’m getting there!!

A friend recommended Brighton Bootcamp and I must admit I had seen everyone 'doing their thing' as I completed another boring same old, same old run along the seafront.

I decided to give it a go one chilly Saturday morning. Running 20 miles or so per week gave me a false sense of security. Was I fit? - NO. I left the first session with stars in front of my eyes but vowed to return.

The group sessions are really motivating and Paul knows when to push you and then pushes you harder still - something I have never done as I don't like pain. For the first few weeks I dreaded Saturday morning, now it bugs me if I can't make it.Paul has taught me how to train from the inside of my head out!!!!

I have just completed my first six-week course and have just started my second. My body shape has changed dramatically, something that I never would have achieved with running alone and the camaraderie in the gym is great, even at 6am!

My running PB's are now common as every race I view as a challenge and feel much stronger.

The logic is simple

If you want a body revamp

Join Paul and Diana's Bootcamp !!!!

July 2009

When I first contacted Paul about doing the six-week course, I was apprehensive that it would be difficult for me because I was starting from being really unfit. He said that it would be hard work and I would be tired and cranky but there was no concerns with me starting from scratch. I figured that I was mostly tired and cranky all the time anyway so I may as well do it! Well, within a week of starting Bootcamp I couldn't believe the difference in my mood and energy levels. I went from being tired and cranky to having loads of energy and feeling better about things than I had in a long time. Yes, I was sore and tired, but it was a good tired.

Within 3 weeks, my clothes were feeling looser and my friends were regularly commenting on the difference in how I looked. After 5 weeks, one of my friends bought me a belt cause he was sick of me constantly hitching up my trousers! At the end of the 6 weeks, I went clothes shopping and had to sheepishly traipse out of the change room to get smaller sizes of all the clothes I had picked up because I'd gone from a size 14/16 down to a size 12. Your Bootcamp should come with a warning that you'll need to go out and buy a new wardrobe! Forget Bootcamp branded t-shirts and hats - just bring out a range of belts cause I guarantee every one of your clients will need one!

I can't believe I got such great results in the first 6 weeks, and I can't wait to keep going with my second six-week course. Thanks Paul for pushing me to always go that extra 5% and get the results I want.

Brighton Bootcamp really doesn’t stop with doing your courses and exercises when Paul is there…this might sound cheesy but it really changes your life. Before my 2 intensive courses, I would say I was moderately fit but not happy with my weight and shape. Not only did I lose a substantial amount of weight and body fat – but rather gained improved fitness levels, muscles I didn’t know about before as well as much more enthusiasm for exercising and sports. Even though being member at a gym for years and going for the odd runs outside, now I’m just more motivated! Probably due to seeing result this time! The coaching in regard to food and eating habits also really helped – and I’m eating breakfast now! This is not to say it all comes easy – it certainly is hard work and also requires discipline – but the Bootcamp sessions are hard but a lot of fun as well, you meet great people and last but not least there is: Paul who does a great job in motivating but also (gently) pushing you to your limits (and beyond)! Many thanks also to Diana who makes sure everything runs smoothly to plan! Thank you Brighton Bootcamp!

We first heard about Brighton Bootcamp when my sister mentioned it in conversation & said it was a great way to keep (or get) fit and it was outdoors, that was the first thing that appealed to us. Once we had been for the first visit we were both signed up the next day.  Bootcamp is a real challenge & you will push yourself further than you thought possible & you will reap the benefits - Lynsey lost 7 lbs. in 2 weeks! If you want to get fit & lose some weight this has got to be the best way to do it.

I’ve never really been the sort of person who’s into gym work and famously joined and resigned from David Lloyd on the same day!

However I’ve now completed my first 10 weeks of Saturday morning training and I’m missing it, and I’m about to re-sign and do weekdays as well, and for someone with a major phobia of exercise that’s some achievement.

I feel better for it, and hopefully I’m beginning to look better for it as well. Most of all its fun, yes fun! The people are great and it doesn’t matter what level you are, all are welcome and all are ‘encouraged’ to put the effort in and reap the rewards.

Great newsletter as well.....Big thank you to the Brighton Bootcamp team

Bootcamp is great. The team are really supportive and friendly. I'm at my fittest in years, I never thought I'd be able to do press ups but after a few months I can do 30 of them at a time and increasing. I go twice a week at 6pm to Hove lawns and the time always goes really fast as Paul gets us doing lots of different activities every time so it never gets boring or predictable, I've never had the same class twice which adds to the appeal. It's great being outdoors as I also feel I've enjoyed part of the day (having been stuck in the office for the majority of it).
