Bootcamp fitness classes will help you to lose weight, burn fat and build fitness in a fun atmosphere. The classes take place on the beautiful Hove Lawns on the seafront every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am. We meet opposite First and Second Avenue – watch out for our large green flag.
Each class lasts for approximately one hour and includes a warm up and cool down.
