Small group personal training is for those people looking for a more focused and personal approach to their fitness. With almost 20 years of experience helping hundreds of people to get into great shape, we can offer you the expertise and knowledge to take your physique to the next level. Our programmes will aid in weight loss, body fat reduction and muscle toning, by combining cardiovascular, resistance and core/abdominal training into one time-efficient workout that delivers mind-blowing results.
You will train three times a week at your selected time for six weeks, with no more than three other people, to allow for plenty of personal attention. Current course times are Mon/Wed/Fri 8:15 am and Mon/Wed/Fri 10:30am but please contact usto check availability of other times.

All Small Group Personal Training clients will receive a Brighton Bootcamp goody bag which contains:
- a copy of the "Food Doctor Ultimate Diet" by Ian Marber (to assist you in making the correct food choices, giving you every chance to achieve your goals)
- a Brighton Bootcamp sports bottle
- 10% discount on nutritional supplement purchases
- a discount on our Suunto heart rate belt (this will enable us to monitor your workouts and make appropriate adjustments)
- a £25 gift card, redeemable against a six-week course, for family and friends
We also carry out a full consultation at the beginning and end of every six-weeks so that we can keep track of your progress and re-evaluate your goals. All clients on a Personal Training package will also receive free unlimited Spinning classes for the duration of the course.
