Brighton Bootcamp ~ Go to War on Fat Brighton Personal Fitness Training and Weight Loss - Spinning and Bootcamp Classes

Six-Week Indoor Bootcamp Course

Brighton Bootcamp Six-Week Intensive CoursesThe Brighton Bootcamp six-week course is limited to 16 participants per class and takes place at our HQ in Franklin Road, Portslade.

You will attend three sessions per week, at your selected time, for six weeks.   In six weeks you can expect to lose up to 14 pounds in weight and up to 5% body fat.

You will receive nutritional advice and guidance before and during the course.  All new recruits must complete one six-week course to graduate to re-enlistment packages, which will allow you to continue your Bootcamp experience.

We now allow drop-ins to the courses, as long as there is availability.  Booking is possible up to one week in advance with a 10/20 session package.  This gives you greater flexibility but does not guarantee you a space in your chosen class until you have made the booking.  All course participants' 18 sessions are pre-booked for the whole six week period and take priority over drop-ins.

Courses start every Monday/Tuesday at Bootcamp HQ, 26-28 Franklin Road as follows:

Mon/Wed/Fri 6am
Mon/Wed/Fri 7am
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30pm
Tue/Thur 6am + Sat 8am

The course includes a consultation before the course begins, where we will discuss the terms and conditions, our nutrition guidelines, help you to set goals and answer any questions you may have.  We will also take measurements, which we will repeat at the end of the course.  This consultation takes place at HQ and lasts around an hour.

We use the Suunto Fitness Solution which allows us to monitor your heart rate during the workout to ensure you are working at the correct level.  You will receive free use of a heart rate belt for the first week, after which you can rent or buy one if you wish to continue using one.

Are you ready to make the commitment to yourself?  Then book online via our Prices / Sign Up page!
