Our indoor Bootcamp classes are designed to improve your strength, fitness and muscle tone and to help you to lose weight and burn fat fast. We do this with intense workouts that build lean muscle tissue and boost your metabolism. By building strength and engaging in short intense bursts of cardio exercise we ramp up your metabolism so that you burn more calories throughout the day. These workouts are suitable for those people who want to get serious about their training - whether you want to lose weight, burn fat and/or get fit. Each course is limited to a maximum of 16 people.
Our Spinning classes are second to none - we follow true cycling training principles using our Suunto Fitness Solution. This is a great way of monitoring your heart rate in a group-training situation. Each class is guided through their workout using specific heart rate zones to elicit the correct training effect. Our aim is to improve your aerobic function and to get you into great shape whether you are a cyclist, triathlete or just somebody who wants to improve their fitness. This is our original and most popular workout and it will get you into great shape fast! We mix body-weight circuit training, resistance tubes, boxing and running to get you into the shape of your life. These classes are held on Hove Lawns opposite First and Second Avenue and run regardless of the weather. One day it could be warm and sunny and the next cold and rainy, but the exhilaration each participant feels from being outside in the elements adds something special to each workout. We have worked out in the heat, snow and cold driving rain, but we believe that the weather makes us stronger and more resilient. If you enjoy training in the great outdoors, need to lose weight and burn fat fast, or are a runner looking for a great way to improve running strength and you don't mind getting dirty, then this is the workout for you.
We offer small group personal training, for those people who are looking for a more focused and personal approach to their fitness.
